Senior Advanced Modeling Engineer - DRAM & NAND
Our client, who is currently a leader in the Semiconductor Manufacturing and AI Chip industry, is looking for a Advanced Modeling Technologist to be responsible for predictive structure modeling across multiple NAND and DRAM nodes. You'll be working intensively with process integration and process teams for structure model development, deployment, and solutions to be implemented.
We're looking for someone with a deep understand of memory and logic technologies, and a deep understanding of pathfinding, process modeling and process development with an overall understanding of the chip design and fabrication process.
In this role, you'd be working in the heart of cutting edge technology within the power & memory manufacturing world. You'll be designing what is pushed out into manufacturing over the next five years! The customers you'll be collaborating with are making dramatic movement in the AI space.
