Client: Scandinavian Automotive start-up
Role: Senior Lead Engineer

A small specialist Automotive start-up based in Scandinavia came to MRL’s Automotive Technologies team in search of a Senior Lead Engineer to develop hybrid propulsion systems and take the company to the next level.

Due to their previous supplier’s limited geographic coverage, the company had been unable to find a suitable candidate.

Using our international research network in mainland Europe and extensive international industry contacts, we were able to source a highly experienced individual rapidly. This candidate was not only outside the geographic reach of the previous supplier but had proven experience in this cutting-edge Technology. MRL then worked closely with client and candidate to secure the placement and co-ordinate a complex, but highly successful, relocation process.
