Job Description
This role will be responsible for carrying out sales activities to named accounts in Western Europe. In addition to that, they should have familiarity with the French market, especially for big accounts and having a wellestablished network in France and/or West Europe is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
·Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets assigned to named accounts in West Europe
·Identify & generate leads in combination with Marketing
·Building trusted advisor relationships with named account
·Develop joint business plan with key partners on key named accounts, including elements such as joint financial sales targets, joint marketing plans, resource requirements, and general account targeting coordination
·Accurate and Documented forecasting of named accounts revenue streams
Skills & Experience
·Extensive large accounts Sales experience with proven results in growing Business
·Proven success in Direct Sales
·Software Industry background
·Proven experience in Public Sector
·Demonstrable track record
·Credibility at all levels, including CxO
·A willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment
·A passion for 'starting up' and participating to the development of new ideas & concepts
·Self-sufficiency and a high degree of autonomy
·Good English communication skills
·A good knowledge and practice of the ECM / WCM-CMS french market is a plus
·A good knowledge of the Open Source market in french is a plus
·For successful candidate in this role, there will be significant opportunities to grow scope of responsibilities within the company in the future

·Passion for working in an international, leading-edge environment with associated challenging objectives & fast-evolving organisation and market
·Extensive experience in a sales position
·Experience in ECM / WCM products will be highly valuable and represents a significant advantage.
·Must be fluent in French & English
